{"id":4267,"date":"2021-06-27T02:19:14","date_gmt":"2021-06-27T00:19:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurobrass.de\/?p=4267"},"modified":"2021-06-27T02:19:14","modified_gmt":"2021-06-27T00:19:14","slug":"eurobrass-mal-anders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurobrass.de\/en\/2021\/06\/27\/eurobrass-mal-anders\/","title":{"rendered":"Summer 2021: eurobrass mal anders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the road again\u2026<\/p>\n<p>The <i>eurobrass<\/i> leadership team spent this spring hoping and praying that concerts this summer would be possible. Finally we had to make a decision: There would be no \u201cnormal\u201d <i>eurobrass<\/i> tour this summer. It was simply too risky for a 12-person ensemble to travel from one place to another every day for 3 1\/2 weeks. Nevertheless,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>after the cancellation of last year\u2019s tour we really wanted to offer some sort of musical encouragement to audiences <i>this<\/i> summer. While a normal tour wasn\u2019t possible, the idea of another complete cancellation seemed unbearable. We needed a third option\u2014and now we\u2019ve found it! Our summer 2021 project is called \u201c<i>eurobrass<\/i> mal anders:\u201d <i>eurobrass<\/i>, but different.<\/p>\n<p>So what\u2019s different, then? In order to travel and perform as safely as possible this summer, we\u2019ve reduced both the size of the ensemble\u2014from twelve members to five\u2014and the number of engagements. We\u2019ll travel on each of four consecutive weekends, in each case offering a compact Saturday evening concert and accompanying a worship service on Sunday morning. We\u2019ll also broadcast one concert via livestream.<\/p>\n<p>Have we piqued your curiosity?
